  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Jane Dhoe Did It is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Jane Dhoe Did It is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution when applicable.
